ONE BRAND SKINCARE - THE FACE SHOP

This is a new series. I will be talking about my favorite skincare brands. The first brand is from the Korean skincare - THE FACE SHOP.

ABOUT THE BRAND
This is a korean skincare brand which has also started a range of makeup. They have a variety of products from different ranges targeting certain skincare issues. These products are available in India here. I will be talking about the products that I use. I bought most of them on discount. They are frequently available on good discounts.

1. THE FACE SHOP RICE WATER BRIGHT CLEANSING WATER - INR 590

This is one of my favorite makeup removers. The texture is watery and you need very little for the entire face, eyes and lips. It comes in a pump packaging which is easy to use. The only downside is when you pump, it tends to fall all over the place. It takes time to get a hold on the bottle. Other than that, this is a must have in your vanity. This one is the first and fastest product I emptied from the brand. I will definitely repurchase this once I'm done with my other makeup removers. As you can see, the bottle is almost empty. I love this product.

2. THE FACE SHOP RICE WATER BRIGHT CLEANSING FOAM - INR 590

This is a mild cleansing foam. I use this when I wear makeup. I first use the makeup remover followed by this face wash. It has a very pleasant rice water fragrance. A very small amount is needed for the entire face and neck. It foams really well but does not sting your eyes. It takes away every last bit of makeup that the remover couldn't take and leaves your skin super soft and squeaky clean. I sometimes directly use this cleanser to take off the makeup when I'm lazy :P This is a huge tube. It will come for months even if it is used every single day. I totally recommend this.

3.  THE FACE SHOP HERB DAY 365 CLEANSING FOAM LEMON - INR 300

This is one of the best face washes I have ever tried. It has a fresh citrus fragrance. If you have super oily skin like I have, this face wash is your best friend. It removes all the excess oil from your face. If you have dry skin you can try the aloe variant from the range. On days when I don't have makeup I directly wash my face with this. You can also use this after your workout. This is such an amazing product from this brand. I will definitely repurchase this :)

4. THE FACE SHOP CHIA SEED HYDRATING TONER - INR 1290

If you are new to toner, you can give this a shot. (This will be available on discount frequently)

The nozzle of this toner is just perfect. You can only feel the mist on your face. It does not leave any residue on your face. It has a very soothing effect on your skin. I am going to save this bottle after it is empty because I can't explain how much I love the nozzle. Again a must try from the brand. I don't see visible effects on my pores. But it is good for sensitive skin too as it feels good on the skin.

5. THE FACE SHOP CHIA SEED HYDRATING EMULSION - INR 1290

I have showed this in my night time routine. This is the perfect product for all skin types for the night especially in winters. The consistency thicker than a moisturizer and a serum. It comes in a pump packaging. I take 2-3 pumps and pat it on my skin. I wake up with baby soft skin in the morning. This can also be applied under your eyes without fear. I have started using this as my primer these days and my makeup looks and feels very natural. But it will be too thick to apply during the day time so it is best for the night.

6. THE FACE SHOP JEJU VOLCANIC LAVA CLAY HEATING MASK PACK - INR 1290

This is an interesting product from the range. This is good for people with pores. This has a brush head with a button in the side. When you press the button with a slight pressure, the product comes through the brush head. You have to apply it on your face in circular motions and the moment the product comes in contact with your skin, it warms up by itself, not extremely hot (I was scared in the beginning too ;)) You can apply it all over the face or on the areas where you have pore trouble. Keep it on for 15 minutes and the pack will start to melt a bit. That is when you will have to wash off the mask with lukewarm water. It gives the skin a very soothing effect and it does work well on pores. You also have a lot of other products from the same range.
